Creative revenue growth
Art and education are essential to society. But let's agree, financing these endeavors is one of the biggest challenges of our times.
Over the years, I have developed tens of millions of dollars in philanthropic and earned revenue for top organizations in the U.S. and Brazil. Successful efforts to generate revenue require each organization to leverage its unique strengths and networks, manage its data and messaging effectively, and invest in the right talents. I can help with all of these efforts.
My experience in this area

Juilliard K-12 Curriculum
Launched a Juilliard-branded performing arts appreciation curriculum currently embedded in 80+ international schools in the Nord Anglia Education network.
Purpose
Expand the impact of Juilliard in the K-12 educational space by developing a new curriculum deployable in private schools, while generating new IP and revenue for Juilliard.
Work
As a co-senior managing director of Juilliard Global Ventures, I participated in the initial pitch of the concept to Nord Anglia Education. I developed the conceptual idea for the curriculum, called Juilliard Creative Classroom, and identified top teaching artists in Juilliard’s alumni network and in the professional music community of New York to develop the idea into a product. I oversaw the deployment of the curriculum and was a key voice in the client relationship.
Results
Juilliard launched the initial product within six months of signing a definitive agreement. Juilliard trained teachers how to use the curriculum and rolled it out in a small group of Nord Anglia Schools along with visits from Juilliard alumni.
Now a new line of IP for Juilliard, the curriculum develops creative skills in children through great works of music, dance, and theater. The Juilliard Creative Classroom portal, created for use by teachers, includes hundreds of downloadable activities and resources for teachers to use, all developed by Juilliard-affiliated artists. The program provides world-class educational experiences for over 80,000 students worldwide and generates ongoing revenue for Juilliard.
In March 2025, Nord Anglia Education was sold to private equity investors for over US$14 billion, the public announcements of which cite relationships with Juilliard, MIT, Unicef and other global partners as an intrinsic part of the company's value. In April 2025, Juilliard announced that the curriculum would be deployed in the Compton Unified School District in Los Angeles, CA.
Curtis Institute of Music (Philadelphia, PA)
Led institutional advancement efforts at this prestigious conservatory from 2019 to 2022
Purpose
Revamp the institutional advancement department at Curtis, create better conditions to increase annual giving and expand efforts to increase investments in Curtis’s endowment
Work
Curtis recruited me to the full-time position of Vice President for Advancement with the intent of improving the management of the fundraising and communications offices, with a special view toward the school’s 100th anniversary in 2025. I oversaw a reorganization of the fundraising team, was a key voice in the school’s senior staff, and administered a board committee focused on fundraising. My fundraising portfolio focused on major annual and endowment donations from the Board of Directors.
Result
My team increased annual giving in every year of my leadership, even during the pandemic. Along with the President, I closed a US$20 million anonymous endowment gift in 2021, one of the largest in the school's history, that was a critical step in assuring that every student accepted to Curtis could study and live without incurring student debt.

Museu Judaico de São Paulo
Set up the museum's first institutional development team and operating practices.
Purpose
Create the systems necessary for ongoing financial sustainability of the Museu Judaico de São Paulo (MUJ)
Work
MUJ recruited me as its first director of institutional development after its inauguration in December 2021. Having been in development for over 15 years, MUJ had accumulated a vast list of actual and potential supporters, small and large, who had never been developed as annual donors to the museum. I created a 3-person team and the systems for fundraising, including Brazil’s first Salesforce-based system for fundraising in a museum. My team consolidated over over 15 years of individual data that is now being systematically used in communications and ticketing.
Results
In 2022, the Museum reached its fundraising targets and, using data collected through its new database, increased engagement through its newsletter and ticketing. A big success in MUJ’s first years was the launch of the Patronos program for annual donations of impactful amounts.
